How does it work?
Our production services are provided free of charge to the event organisers. In return for producing a professional programme of the event, we ask that the event does not allow any other video cameras to record the proceedings. We will then offer the programme for sale only to parents and guests of the event, recouping our costs from those sales.

Why should we bother with Nova when some else can do it?
Of course, you could have an amateur video the event for you, but he or she won't have our specialised microphones, lighting, digital editing systems and, above all, our years of experience. Our finished videos are also supplied in the same cases you'd expect from pre-recorded videos, with colourful designs featuring pictures from the show - and they are also available on DVD.

What about privacy?
In this day and age, it is important parents feel secure that their children are protected against today's evils. To this aim, Nova only allows parents, guests and members of the audience of the original event to purchase copies of the video. If people who weren't present, such as grandparents would like copies, they have to be ordered through the parents.
Nova will not allow anyone who was not connected to the event purchase copies.

How much do the extra copies cost?
This depends on how many copies we are likely to sell and the difficulty in producing the programme. If we can sell more DVDs, then the cost will be lower. It is, therefore, in the interests of the event organisers to promoted the fact that the video is available. Normally, the cost of a DVD is £15.
