As with everything on the web, you're limited as to the quality of the files you put out because of web-space from your service provider, and through the power of everyone's computers.

Whilst you might have a Pentium 4, everyone else is still making do with their Pentium 3 (or less…)

So, the trick with web media is to produce two versions of every file - one for the super computer people, and one for everyone else.
