Any graphics or pre-recorded video items will be played in at the required times - our team will handle everything relating to the video system.

The mixed output could be transmitted into break-out rooms across the venue - and even to the world via the internet.

The complete mix will be recorded both onto broadcast-standard digital tape and to DVD - enabling you to use parts of the conference again in future events or promotional DVDs.

In fact, we can even offer DVDs of the conference for delegates to either buy or be given as reminders within an hour of the last recorded material!
