Nova’s 15 years of experience in events and conference video is a great advantage to the success of your event - be it a big business, long service or a school awards ceremony.

Using between 2 and 4 strategically placed cameras, Nova can produce a DVD or Blu-ray disc of your awards ceremony - which can be ready for sale to customers within 48 hours of the last award!

Working with you, we will take copies of all PowerPoint introductory graphics and video inserts, and included them in the programme at the right times.

If you have no video inserts, we can produce them for you - enabling the audience to see the winners in action (of course, we’ll not let on they have won when we are filming them!)

But a great award ceremony DVD also requires great sound - and Nova’s experience here shows, with perfectly clear sound taken from the master PA mix, blended with careful amounts of atmosphere from the audience.

In fact, we can produce the sound in full 5.1 Dolby Digital surround sound for that cinema-style experience.

We can even produce the mix live for you, to show on the big screen - enabling all the audience to experience the intimacy of the close-up shots of the winners (and losers…)

After the ceremony has finished, our team will work on 3 computer-based edit suites simultaneously to edit and produce the final DVD within 2 days. Our in-house high-speed DVD duplicators allow us to have the finished DVD copies ready in minutes, and ready to post out to customers.

Nova will also design and produce attractive DVD inlay sleeves using your company's logo and artwork.

We take orders from customers via post, phone, e-mail or website and deliver the requested DVDs within 28 days.
