Our team works with the venue's audiovisual staff to produce the best possible recordings, adding additional microphones, commentary and audio sources when necessary.  Whether in the main auditorium plenary sessions or multiple concurrent breakouts, our team will cover them all.  We will also handle on-site retails sales to delegates.

Our high-speed CD duplicators allow us to have audio CD copies within minutes of the session's end.  Audio cassette and MP3 versions take a little longer, but will be ready the day after the conference.

Working with your events team, Nova creates an order form listing presenters and session titles.  We also design and produce attractive CD inlay sleeves using your company's logo and artwork.

After the conference, Nova continues to support your event with our complete mail order and website service.  We take orders from delegates and other interested parties via post, phone, e-mail or website and deliver the requested CDs / tapes within 28 days.  We also supply your company regularly with an updated electronic file of purchasers' details for mailing list purposes.  Quarterly royalty statements reflect your return on continuing mail order sales.
